Artist's Statement As a visual artist I feel it is my job to fill a space with a hopefully not too often encountered article. I make work for myself and if others like what I do, then it's a bonus. I paint, sculpt, photograph, and work with found objects and instilations. Through a kind of playful methodology I produce work. The work documents my thoughts and my 'play'. The word 'play' should not invoke notions of childishness but depending on the point of view of the viewer may do.                      Andrew Emery. BA (Hons)
